The effect of modified circuit training and electrical stimulation on some aspects of muscular strength and basic skills of handball players
Abstract
This study aimed to identify differences in the development of certain aspects of muscular strength and basic skills between players in the experimental and control groups during final exams. The researchers used the experimental method due to its suitability to the nature of the research problem. The research sample was purposively selected from the players of the Halabja handball team for the academic year 2025, totaling 18 players. The sample was divided into two groups: an experimental group and a control group, with 6 players in each group. The researchers relied on a set of physical tests to collect data. After analyzing and discussing the results, the study concluded that the training program had a positive impact on the development of certain aspects of muscular strength and basic handball skills, favoring the experimental group.
