Abstract

Companies seeking to complete and control the market are natural and desirable, as long as competition remains within the framework set by the law. These companies may reach a strong position in the market, gaining control and, at times, becoming the sole controller as a result of what they have provided. Products of high quality, advanced technology, and appropriate pricing that make customers choose this company's products over competitors'.  But if the company exploits this position by forcing customers to deal with it or buy its products exclusively at prices set by the company, this is prohibited by law. Therefore, these practices must be prohibited by law. Thus, these prohibited practices must be confronted and challenged.
