Authors retain the copyright of their published articles. By submitting to MJET, the author(s) grant the right of first publication, and all content is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License.

All articles are assigned unique DOI numbers, and MJET is registered with Crossref.

Publication Ethics

MJET is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics. All authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to adhere to the following ethical guidelines:

  • Authorship:
    Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study.

  • Originality and Plagiarism:
    Submitted work must be original. When the work or words of others are used, appropriate citation or quotation is required.

  • Data Access and Retention:
    Authors may be requested to provide the raw data related to their manuscript for editorial review. Where possible, authors should be prepared to make such data publicly available.

  • Multiple or Redundant Publication:
    Authors should not submit the same research to more than one journal. Exceptions include:

    • Abstracts

    • Academic theses

    • Electronic pre-prints
      Prior disclosures must be clearly indicated in the submission.

  • Acknowledgment of Sources:
    Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must be given.

  • Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest:
    All submissions must include a statement disclosing any potential conflicts of interest.

  • Fundamental Errors in Published Work:
    If an author discovers a significant error in their published work, they must promptly inform the journal editor to retract or correct the article.

  • Reporting Standards:
    Authors must provide an accurate and objective account of their work, along with its significance.

  • Hazards, Human, or Animal Subjects:
    If the work involves chemicals, hazardous materials, or human/animal subjects, appropriate ethical approval and compliance statements must be included.

  • Use of Patient Images or Case Details:
    Research involving human participants must include approval from an ethics committee and informed consent, both of which should be clearly stated in the manuscript.
