It highlights the relationship between social justice and extremism, as the absence of social justice exacerbates the gap between different social groups, generating frustration and a sense of marginalization. This may push some individuals toward extremism. It also highlights the most important legal means of achieving social justice and the possibility of compensating those affected by violent extremism. It also delves into social security legislation as a tool for protecting vulnerable groups from poverty and marginalization, thus contributing to reducing the economic and social conditions that could lead to extremism. The study also discusses the right to education as one of the key factors promoting social justice, as education empowers individuals to achieve self-development and contributes to narrowing the economic and social gap, thus reducing the likelihood of individuals being influenced by extremist ideas. Based on the above, the study's topic is of great importance, given the important issue it raises: to what extent can social justice, through legal legislation, contribute to reducing extremism and promoting societal stability? We will address this issue in this study, and propose the most important possible solutions. In light of this, we divided this study into two sections. In the first, we addressed the concept of social justice from a legal perspective. In the second section, we addressed the legal means to limit extremism and compensate those affected by violent extremism. We concluded our study with a conclusion that included the most important conclusions and proposals that were reached during the study.
